Silicon nonreflective differential SPDT switch operates from 9 kHz to 13 GHz in a 100 ohm differential RF system. Typical insertion loss is 0.9 dB to 13 GHz and isolation is greater than 40 dB to 13 GHz. The switch supports dual ±3.3 V supplies or single +3.3 V operation with CMOS and LVTTL compatible control inputs. It provides all-off-state enable control and is supplied in a 20-terminal 3.0 mm by 3.0 mm LGA package for −40°C to +105°C case-temperature operation.
