Overview

This document provides technical specifications and operating procedures for the ADRF5063-EVALZ evaluation board. The board is designed to evaluate the ADRF5063, a differential SPDT switch manufactured on a silicon on insulator (SOI) process operating from 9 kHz to 13 GHz. The hardware features a four-layer PCB with Rogers RO4003 dielectric material and 50 Ohm coplanar waveguide transmission lines. Key components include 2.92 mm RF edge launch connectors and a thru-calibration line to compensate for board insertion loss.
