Silicon digital attenuator provides a 46 dB attenuation control range with 2 dB steps across 100 MHz to 22 GHz. The RF ports are matched to 50 ohms and support bidirectional operation with typical insertion loss of 1.6 dB to 10 GHz and 2.0 dB to 20 GHz. Parallel CMOS/LVTTL-compatible control operates from dual ±3.3 V supplies, with single positive-supply operation also supported at derated RF power. The device is supplied in a RoHS-compliant 20-terminal 3 mm by 3 mm LGA package and operates from -40°C to +105°C case temperature.
