The ADRF5720-EVALZ is a 4-layer evaluation board designed for the ADRF5720, an ultrawideband 6-bit silicon digital attenuator. The board evaluates the device's operation across the 9 kHz to 40 GHz frequency range, supporting a 31.5 dB attenuation range with 0.5 dB steps. It features a top copper layer dielectric of 8 mil Rogers RO4003 for high-frequency signal integrity and includes 2.4mm RF launchers at the board edges. The system requires a dual supply voltage of +3.3 V and -3.3 V and supports both SPI and parallel mode controls.
