The quad-channel digital isolator provides three channels in one direction and one channel in the reverse direction using transformer-coupled isolation. It supports 2.7 V to 5.5 V supplies on each side, dc to 90 Mbps NRZ signaling, and 3 V to 5 V level translation. The device is rated for 2500 V rms isolation for one minute and has common-mode transient immunity greater than 25 kV/µs. Operation is specified over a −40 °C to +105 °C temperature range with output-enable control.
