Overview
The EVAL-AD4110-1SDZ is a full-featured evaluation board designed to demonstrate the capabilities of the AD4110-1 universal input analog front end (AFE). The AD4110-1 is a single-channel AFE for industrial process control that is software-configurable to accept a wide range of analog signals, including ±20 mA current, ±10 V voltage, and various thermocouple and RTD types. The evaluation system uses the SDP-B controller board to interface with a PC via USB, providing a graphical user interface for register configuration and signal sampling. The board includes on-board power management via the ADP7102 LDO, digital isolation using ADuM1401 and ADuM1200 devices, and a TMP36 temperature sensor for cold junction compensation or ambient monitoring.
