The ADuM3151 is a 7-channel, SPIsolator™ digital isolator optimized for isolated serial peripheral interfaces (SPI). Based on the Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® chip scale transformer technology, it features four high-speed channels for SPI clock, data, and select signals, supporting clock rates up to 2 MHz (Grade A). It also includes three additional independent low data rate isolation channels (250 kbps) for auxiliary control or status monitoring. The device provides 3750Vrms isolation and high common-mode transient immunity of 25kV/µs.
