The 3.75 kV SPIsolator digital isolator provides seven isolated channels optimized for SPI links with support for up to four subordinate devices. The A-grade device provides five VDD1-side inputs, one VDD2-side input, a 1 MHz maximum data rate, and 25 ns maximum propagation delay at 5 V. It operates from 3.0 V to 5.5 V supplies across −40°C to +125°C. The 20-lead SSOP package provides 5.3 mm creepage and clearance, 3750 Vrms rated dielectric insulation, and greater than 25 kV/µs common-mode transient immunity. Tube packaging contains 66 RoHS-compliant devices.
