Overview

The EVAL-ADuM3154Z evaluation system supports the ADuM3154ARSZ and ADuM3154BRSZ 4-channel SPIsolator digital isolators, optimized for SPI applications. The board facilitates testing of all four data channels, slave select address lines, and the DCLK delayed clock. It features a JEDEC standard 20-lead SSOP layout and provides multiple connection options including SMA edge-mounted connectors, terminal blocks, and 200 mil header positions compatible with Tektronix active probes. The 4-layer PCB design includes dedicated power and ground planes for noise mitigation and supports up to 3750 V basic insulation for high-voltage differential testing.
