Seven-channel SPIsolator digital isolator provides galvanic isolation for SPI buses with support for up to four slave devices. The device supports up to a 17 MHz SPI clock rate and uses iCoupler transformer technology for low propagation delay and jitter. It operates from 3.0 V to 5.5 V supplies over a −40°C to +125°C temperature range. The 20-lead SSOP package provides 3.75 kVrms isolation, 5.1 mm creepage, and RoHS-compliant construction.
