Isolated dc-to-dc converter provides regulated isolated power from 5 V or 3.3 V primary supplies. The device supports 5 V to 5 V output power up to 400 mW, 5 V to 3.3 V output power up to 330 mW, and 3.3 V to 3.3 V output power up to 132 mW. It uses iCoupler transformer technology, operates from −40°C to +105°C, and provides greater than 25 kV/µs common-mode transient immunity. The package options are 16-lead wide-body SOIC variants with 5000 V rms isolation recognition and RoHS-compliant orderable models.
