Quad-channel digital isolator featuring 1 kV RMS isolation and unidirectional data flow. Operates at data rates up to 25 Mbps with a propagation delay of 50 ns and 5 ns pulse width distortion. This general-purpose interface IC is housed in a QSOP package with tin, matte contact plating. It requires a supply voltage between 3V and 5.5V, consuming 950 µA of supply current. Designed for operation from -40°C to 105°C, this RoHS compliant component is supplied on tape and reel.
