Single-axis iMEMS accelerometer provides a complete monolithic acceleration measurement system with pin-programmable ±50 g or ±25 g full-scale ranges. The ratiometric analog output operates from a 4 V to 6 V supply and is specified at 38 mV/g typical sensitivity with 1 mg/√Hz typical noise density. The device supports self-test, zero-g offset adjustment, and a 1 kHz small-signal bandwidth. Surface-mount 14-lead CERPAC packaging is specified for commercial 0°C to 70°C and industrial -40°C to 85°C temperature grades.
