Dual-axis iMEMS accelerometer measures static and dynamic acceleration over a ±2 g full-scale range. Duty-cycle-modulated digital outputs provide acceleration-proportional pulse-width signals for direct connection to low-cost microcontrollers. The device operates from a 3 V to 5.25 V single supply with less than 0.6 mA current consumption. External capacitors set measurement bandwidth, and the sensor is specified for 2 mg resolution at 60 Hz and 1000 g shock survival.
