Operates from a 1.6V to 3.5V supply with a low nominal supply current of 1.8µA. Packaged in a 16-pin LGA with gold contact plating, measuring 3.3mm x 3.1mm x 1.14mm. Suitable for applications operating between -40°C and 85°C.
