3-axis digital output MEMS accelerometer with selectable full-scale ranges of ±2 g, ±4 g, or ±8 g. Features a 12-bit resolution and a 400Hz bandwidth, with a -3dB bandwidth of 200Hz. Operates from a 1.6V to 3.5V supply, consuming a nominal 1.8µA. Communication is via SPI interface. Packaged in an LGA with tin, matte contact plating, suitable for tape and reel packaging. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
