
Dual 12-bit multiplying CMOS digital-to-analog converter (DAC) featuring a 2.22MS/s conversion rate. This component offers a parallel interface and a bipolar/unipolar output polarity. With a full-scale error of 4 LSB and integral nonlinearity of 1 LSB, it operates within a voltage range of -10V to 10V input and 0uV to 20V output. Packaged in SOIC with tin, matte contact plating, it supports supply voltages from 5V to 15V and operates from -55°C to 125°C.
