The HMC595AETR is a low-cost GaAs MMIC SPDT switch housed in a 6-lead SOT26 plastic package. It is designed for use in transmit/receive applications that require very low distortion at high incident power levels. The device controls signals from DC to 3 GHz and is specifically optimized for Cellular/3G infrastructure, WiMAX, and WiBro applications. It features high input IP3 of +63 dBm and low insertion loss of 0.3 dB at 1 GHz. The control inputs are compatible with CMOS and select TTL logic families.
