Operates with dual supply voltages from ±5V to ±15V, with typical values of ±9V and ±12V. Packaged in a 14-pin PDIP N through-hole plastic dual in-line package with a 2.54mm pin pitch. Extended operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C.
