Ultrahigh speed operational amplifier featuring a 450V/µs slew rate and 50MHz nominal gain bandwidth product. This single-channel, bipolar IC offers a voltage gain of 76.9dB and a 50mA output current per channel. Operating from dual supplies between 2V and 9V, or single supplies up to 18V, it provides a 60dB power supply rejection ratio and 55dB common mode rejection ratio. Packaged in SOIC, this lead-free and RoHS compliant component is supplied on tape and reel.
