Single general-purpose operational amplifier featuring a 1GHz gain bandwidth product and 400V/µs slew rate. This bipolar technology amplifier offers 100dB voltage gain and 40mA output current per channel, operating from ±2.5V to ±15V dual supplies. The 8-pin SOIC package provides 94dB common mode rejection ratio and 94dB power supply rejection ratio, with low input bias current of 4µA and input offset voltage of 300µV. Suitable for a wide temperature range of 0°C to 70°C, this lead-free and RoHS compliant component is supplied in a rail/tube package.
