
Quad current feedback operational amplifier featuring a 400MHz -3dB bandwidth and 800V/µs slew rate. This surface mount device offers a 400MHz bandwidth, 65dB voltage gain, and 80mA output current per channel. Operating with dual supplies from 2V to 6V or single supplies from 4V to 12V, it provides 42dB CMRR and 56dB PSRR. Input bias current is 10µA with a 1mV input offset voltage.
