Offers 4 independent circuits, each with a 400µV input offset voltage and 0.5pA input bias current. Operates with dual supply voltages from ±2.5V to ±10V, or single supply from 5V to 20V, up to a maximum of 40V. Exhibits 74dB common mode rejection ratio and 78dB power supply rejection ratio. Packaged in a 14-pin PDIP.
