Quad JFET input operational amplifier featuring a 1MHz gain bandwidth product and 0.9V/µs slew rate. Offers 74dB common mode rejection ratio and 78dB power supply rejection ratio. Operates from ±2.5V to ±10V dual supplies or 5V to 20V single supplies, with a maximum dual supply voltage of ±20V and maximum single supply voltage of 40V. Input offset voltage is 400µV with a low input bias current of 0.5pA. Packaged in a 14-pin SOIC, this lead-free and RoHS compliant component is supplied on tape and reel.
