
Quad-channel, general-purpose operational amplifier featuring a 1.2MHz gain bandwidth product and Rail-to-Rail Output. This bipolar IC offers a 0.38V/µs slew rate, 600µV input offset voltage, and 20nA input bias current. Operating from a minimum dual supply of 1.25V up to a maximum of 22V, or a single supply from 2.2V to 44V, it provides 40mA output current per channel. With 80dB CMRR and 90dB PSRR, this SOIC packaged amplifier is supplied on tape and reel.
