Ultra-Fast™ general-purpose comparator IC featuring two channels and BIPOLAR technology. Offers a 4ns response time and 9ns propagation delay, with a 20mA output current and TTL output type. Operates with a dual supply voltage range from 1.35V to 6V, or a single supply from 2.7V to 12V, with a typical operating supply of 9V. Key specifications include a 2.5mV input offset voltage, 6mV hysteresis, 6uA input bias current, 70dB CMRR, and 80dB PSRR. Packaged in a 3mm x 3mm x 0.86mm MSOP with 10 leads.
