Dual High-Speed Comparator IC, 4ns, 2.7V-12V, MSOP

Dual high-speed comparator IC featuring a 4ns response time and 9ns propagation delay. This general-purpose component offers CMOS and TTL output compatibility, with a maximum output current of 20mA. Operating from a minimum dual supply voltage of 1.35V up to 6V, or a single supply of 2.7V to 12V, it boasts a 55dB Common Mode Rejection Ratio and 80dB Power Supply Rejection Ratio. The MSOP package houses two independent comparator elements, suitable for operation across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
