
Quad operational amplifier featuring a 200MHz gain bandwidth product and 70V/µs slew rate. This IC offers 80dB common mode rejection ratio and 78dB power supply rejection ratio. Operating from a minimum dual supply voltage of 1.15V to a maximum of 6.3V, or a single supply from 4.6V to 12.6V, it delivers 50mA output current per channel. The SOIC package contains four independent amplifier circuits, with an input bias current of 40nA and input offset voltage of 400µV.
