Quad operational amplifier featuring a 200MHz -3dB bandwidth and 100MHz gain bandwidth product. This bipolar amplifier offers a high slew rate of 750V/µs and 60mA output current per channel. Operating from dual supplies between 2V and 6.3V, or single supplies from 2.5V to 12.5V, it provides 73dB CMRR and 78dB PSRR. The device is housed in a 16-pin SSOP package.
