Adjustable positive LDO regulator offering 1.215V to 19.5V output voltage with dual 0.5A maximum output current. Features a minimum input voltage of 1.8V and a maximum input voltage of 20V. Dropout voltage is as low as 0.11V at 10mA, with line regulation at 5mV and load regulation at 6mV. Housed in a 16-pin MSOP EP package with a 0.5mm pin pitch, this surface-mount component includes current limit, reverse battery protection, reverse current protection, and thermal shutdown.
