Adjustable positive LDO regulator with dual outputs, providing 1.215V to 19.5V output voltage and up to 0.5A per output. Features a minimum input voltage of 1.8V and a maximum of 20V, with dropout voltages as low as 0.11V at 10mA. This 16-pin MSOP EP surface-mount component offers excellent line and load regulation, low output noise, and integrated protection features including current limit and thermal shutdown. Designed for automotive applications, it operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
