Positive adjustable LDO regulator with dual outputs, offering a 1.215V to 19.5V output voltage range and 0.5A maximum output current per channel. Features a 1.8V minimum and 20V maximum input voltage, with dropout voltages as low as 0.11V at 10mA. This 16-pin MSOP EP package is surface mountable with a 0.5mm pin pitch and operates across an automotive temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. Integrated protections include current limit, reverse battery, reverse current, and thermal shutdown.
