Adjustable positive LDO regulator with a 0V to 23V output voltage range and 3A maximum output current. Features a 1.2V minimum and 23V maximum input voltage, with dropout voltages of 0.01V at 100mA, 0.09V at 1A, and 0.24V at 3A (typical). This 12-pin DFN EP surface mount component offers excellent line and load regulation, with typical PSRR of 85 dB and low output noise of 40 uVrms. Integrated current limit and thermal protection enhance reliability, operating from -40°C to 125°C.
