Features a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 80V and a maximum output voltage of 80V with up to 3.3A output current. Operates at a 1MHz switching frequency and is housed in a compact 6mm x 6mm QFN package with a low 0.7mm height. Suitable for demanding applications with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
