The LT3999 is a monolithic, high-voltage, high-frequency DC/DC transformer driver designed to provide isolated power in a compact solution footprint. It features two 1A current-limited power switches that switch out-of-phase. The device includes programmable duty cycle control to compensate for transformer and LDO losses, and the switching frequency is adjustable up to 1MHz with synchronization capabilities to an external clock. Protection features include programmable input overvoltage and undervoltage lockout, cross-conduction prevention circuitry, and thermal shutdown.
