Synchronous step-down DC/DC regulator operates from a 4.4 V to 105 V input range and delivers up to 1 A of output current. The output voltage is adjustable from 1 V to VIN, with pin-selectable fixed output settings from 1.2 V to 15 V. Constant-frequency average current-mode control supports programmable switching from 200 kHz to 2 MHz and synchronization to an external clock. Low EMI operation is supported with CISPR 25 compliance, 35 ns minimum on-time, 100% maximum duty cycle operation, current programming, and current monitoring. The device is supplied in a thermally enhanced 36-lead QFN package measuring 5 mm by 6 mm by 0.75 mm with exposed pad.
