Monolithic PolyPhase synchronous step-down regulator delivers up to 20A of continuous output current from a wide input supply. The regulator supports a 0.4V to 5.5V output set-point range, PMBus/I2C digital power system management, telemetry readback, and programmable switching from 400kHz to 4MHz. Silent Switcher architecture, differential remote output sensing, resistor-selectable settings, and three-time programmable NVM support compact low-EMI power designs. The device is supplied in a 30-lead 3.5mm by 4.0mm LCC package and is specified for operation over a -40°C to 150°C junction temperature range.
