Integral nonlinearity (INL) is rated at 4 LSB. Operates from a single supply voltage range of 4.75V to 15.75V with a nominal supply current of 800µA. Interface is serial, 3-wire, and the component is housed in a lead-free, RoHS-compliant 8-pin SOIC surface-mount package.
