Single-channel comparator IC with nanopower operation, featuring a 12mV input offset voltage and 50mV hysteresis. Delivers 80dB common mode rejection ratio and 80dB power supply rejection ratio. Operates from a 1V to 5.5V dual supply or 2V to 11V single supply, with a maximum power dissipation of 500mW. Output type is TTL, and it includes an internal reference.
