Operates from a single 4.5V to 5.5V supply, with a nominal 5V operating voltage. Serial interface supports SPI and 3-wire communication protocols. Packaged in a 16-pin SOIC surface-mount case, supplied on tape and reel. Lead-free and RoHS compliant.
