Operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply, with a typical operating voltage of 3.3V and a supply current of 240µA. Integral nonlinearity is 5.5 LSB. Packaged in an 8-pin MSOP (3mm x 3mm x 0.86mm) for surface mounting.
