8-Pin PDIP N Plastic Dual In Line Package Narrow Body through-hole mounted single transmitter/receiver for RS-422 and RS-485 interfaces. Features a 5Mbps data rate, supporting multidrop and multipoint data transmission with differential signal types. Operates from a single 5V supply, with a maximum supply current of 0.6mA, and functions across a -40°C to 85°C temperature range. Supports one driver and one receiver per line for RS-422, and up to 32 drivers/receivers per line for RS-485.
