16-bit, 2-channel pipelined analog-to-digital converter (ADC) operating at 125Msps. Features a parallel digital interface and supports both internal and external voltage references. This general-purpose ADC accepts single-ended or differential voltage inputs. Housed in a 64-pin QFN EP package with a 9mm x 9mm footprint and 0.5mm pin pitch, it is designed for surface mount applications. Operating temperature range is 0°C to 70°C.
