
12-bit, 185 MSPS Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring a single channel and parallel, word access interface. This general-purpose ADC offers a Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) of 67.7dB and excellent linearity with Differential Nonlinearity (DNL) of 1.2 LSB and Integral Nonlinearity (INL) of 1.8 LSB. Operating from a 3.3V supply, it supports LVDS and parallel interfaces and is housed in a QFN package for surface mounting.
