Operates from a 2.5V to 5.5V single supply voltage with a maximum power dissipation of 10mW. Integral nonlinearity is 4 LSB, and settling time is 7µs. Packaged in a 16-pin SSOP for surface mounting, this lead-free and RoHS compliant component is supplied on tape and reel.
