The LTC2662HUH-12#PBF is a five-channel, 12-bit current-source digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that provides five high-compliance current source outputs with a guaranteed 1V dropout at 200mA. It supports load voltages of up to 32V and features eight per-channel programmable current ranges with full-scale outputs up to 300mA. Multiple channels can be paralleled for combined outputs up to 1.5A. The device includes a precision 1.25V internal reference with a 10ppm/°C maximum temperature coefficient and utilizes a 50MHz SPI serial interface. It is specifically designed for high-temperature operation in applications such as tunable lasers and semiconductor optical amplifiers.
