Synchronous step-up DC-DC converter with adjustable output voltage from 1.5V to 5.25V and a maximum output current of 0.55A. Input voltage range is 0.5V to 5V, featuring up to 94% efficiency. This single-output switching regulator is housed in a compact 6-pin DFN EP package (2mm x 2mm x 0.75mm) for surface mounting. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
