Synchronous step-down DC/DC controller with adjustable output voltage from 600mV to 5.5V, capable of delivering up to 6A output current. Features a wide input voltage range of 2.25V to 5.5V and operates efficiently with a synchronous rectifier. This integrated circuit is housed in a QFN package, suitable for operation across a broad temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. RoHS compliant and available in rail/tube packaging.
