Operates from 2.9V to 18V with a maximum supply current of 5000mA. Includes external sense resistor capability and a typical circuit breaker threshold of 50mV. Housed in a 28-pin, 5x4mm QFN EP package with a 0.5mm pin pitch, suitable for surface mounting.
