Operates from a 4V to 6.5V supply range, with a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. Housed in an 8-pin, 2x3mm DFN EP package with a 0.45mm pin pitch, suitable for surface mounting. Supports both inverting and non-inverting driver configurations.
